TRANSLATOR’S THOUGHTS
It’s been a delight joining Qidian International as a translator and to work on this appealing novel The Invincible Dragon Emperor. For me, it is not just a translation project, but a source of enjoyment. Even though it is not happening in my real life, it has brought me a world of novelty adventures, which is stimulating and fun. The first chapter of the novel paints quite a picture which was what attracted me in the first place. Lu Li, the protagonist, started off as a Coffin Carrier. Through hard work and with the help of unveiled secretes, he grew to a powerful warrior, actually about the most powerful one. Lu Li went through a number of ordeals, defeated countless terrible enemies, and tried hard to deliver his promises. As for whether he could succeed and what kind of quests he took on, please find out in the novel. It is a wonderful world full of mystical weapons, beasts and skills, etc..
